Degenerate TV is a no-budget disaster...

The signal is broadcast out of the decaying remains of the Venango City Public Access Station, recently inherited by a wannabe filmmaker known only as The Brad. Armed with a fleamarket camcorder, The Brad begins recording a documentary on two middle-aged scumbags, Rory and Skid, who live in a decaying van house and sometimes play in a punk band. Once The Brad gets the keys to the station, things unravel fast.

The result is Degenerate TV—a public access shitshow stitched together from long takes, chaotic footage, unhinged garbage, and drug-fueled nonsense.
